The FOUNDING HEAD OF SECONDARY SCHOOL will foster a culture of teaming, respect, and personal growth while establishing and developing the secondary school department at the Lüderitz Glue School. The ideal candidate must have:

A full teaching qualification PGCE or Equivalent m Secondary Education (preferably with a focus on English

At least 6 years experience teaching in a UK Curriculum or Cambridge International School

They must have experience:

Building and establishing a secondary department within a school to prepare learners for Cambridge CCSE Designing and implementing new curricula

Teaching English literature and language to learners up to IGCSE level.

Teaching performing arts including organizing and coordinating school drama productions.

Leading school trips and events.

Leading extracurricular and cross-disciplinary activities such as debating, spelling bee. Model United Nations and other events to encourage literacy and oracy.
