The Game Products Trust Fund (GPTF) is inviting applications from qualified and experienced individuals (Namibian nationals) to apply for the position of Drrver/Messenger These includes providing reliable transportation for staff to various events, adhering to driving laws, and performing fleet management tasks such as vehicle maintenance, clearness, and documentation management. The Driver/Messenger also handles deliveries and coordinates the loading and unloading of items, supports^ the organization’s logistical needs and contributing to the overall operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transport staff to meetings, official functions, field trips, airport and any

other places for official purposes.

0 Ensure and maintain vehicle roadworthiness by timely renewing vehicle annual licenses.

• Maintenance and regular update of the vehicle log sheet summaries.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and timely report any faults.
• Ensure the cleanliness of vehicles.
• Perform routine non technical maintenance of vehicles such as the replacement of wiper blades and fused light bulbs.
• Facilitate the process of registering vehicles with N ATIS when required.
• Delivery of postal mails, packages documents and any other messages as officially communicated
• Coordinate the loading and off-loading of goods and any other items designated for the office from vehicles
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 Certificate Valid Driving License. VaW PDP
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in Corporate Driving
• Experience in off-road and remote driving
• Defensive Driving Training will be added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Time Management skills
• Fluent m English
