Vacancy 

Stampriet Village Council seeks the services of suitably qualified and experienced Namibian citizens who are dynamic and has proven abilities to administer and execute their duties and responsibilities within the framework of the Local Authorities Act, 1992, as amended and other relevant legislation governing the operations of the Council in the following vacant positions:

Qualification / Training

Grade 8 with five (5) years’ experience in operating Heavy Equipment Machinery and Code C and CE.

Key Performance Areas

J Operates heavy equipment machinery.

J Responsible for refuse removal, removal and disposal of waste from the waste container or skip container.

J Maintenance of roads grading/ blading: roads watering, roads leveling and gravel roads rehabilitation,

J Excavation, leveling and rehabilitation of waste disposal site.

J Cleaning of open spaces, removal of illegal dumped waste or building rubble.

J Earthwork for the recovery of suitable construction materials,

J Minor maintenance of truck.

J Excavation of trenches for construction and maintenance of materials etc.

SALARY PACKAGE

: N$ 73 924X P- 76 927

: 20%, (in case of not owning a house) 40% (in case of owning a house, bond registered)

: N$ 10 512 Per annum

: 21, 7% Council contribution

: 90% Council contribution
