EXTERNAL VACANCY

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The position is responsible for building the University’s brand through the development of marketing strategies, fostering strong relationships to promote and maintain a positive image, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and managing communication and brand platforms. Additionally, it involves developing and implementing effective corporate social responsibility strategies to support community engagement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
. Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization;
⦁ Eight (8) years of appropriate experience in corporate relations/Marketing/other related field, of which three (3) should be in a supervisory capacity;
⦁ Management Development Programme training will serve as an advantage;
⦁ Basic knowledge of graphic design application;
⦁ Strong network within corporate sectors, with experience in establishing and managing partnerships.
⦁ Strong leadership and general management skills.
⦁ Knowledge in Strategic planning and budgeting;
⦁ Excellent Interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills;
⦁ Good communication skills;
⦁ Analytical and critical thinking;
⦁ Negotiation and conflict management skills;
⦁ Advanced computer and ICT skills.
