Primary Job Purpose:
To render, supervise general maintenance and assets management services to the agency; the incumbent is responsible for coordinating, management and scheduling all Agency’s maintenance requests from property officers.’Property Manager in all fourteen regions. The incumbent is expected to work directly with clientele to provide prompt, effective customer service, resolution, and follow up for all maintenance/assets needs. The Maintenance and Assets Officer will be responsible to maintain equipment and machinery and maintain the movement of the moveable asset register.
