The post involves the management of primary health care at our farm in Aussenkehr.
Requirements:
⦁ Degree in Nursing with competency in General, Psychiatric, community and midwifery nursing.
⦁ Diploma for Primary Health assessment, treatment and care.
⦁ Registration with Health Professional Council of Namibia
⦁ Certificate in Dispensing for Healthcare Professionals with own license.
⦁ Extensive knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety.

⦁ 10 years of more relevant experience
⦁ Code 08 Drivers License
⦁ Own Housing
⦁ Computer proficiency would be an advantage.

Key performance areas include but are not limited to the following:
⦁ Basic Healthcare
⦁ Health conditions on a farm
⦁ HIV/TB awareness and assistance programs
⦁ Clinic administration and record-keeping
⦁ Management of healthcare of workers
⦁ Supervision of the farm creche
