GROUNG HANDLING TRAINER – Paragon

We are looking for a dedicated Ground Handling Trainer who will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our ground handling operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ground handling, exceptional training skills, and a passion for developing the skills of others.

Requirements:
⦁ 20+ years experience in ground handling training, including baggage handling, aircraft marshalling, and the operation of ground support equipment.
⦁ Certification and experience as an Airside Induction & AVOP Trainer, Assessor, and Moderator.
⦁ Ability to develop e-leaming courses and online training modules.
⦁ Accredited trainer for Passenger Boarding Bridges, such as CIMC, NKI Avio, FMC/JBT Jetway, and Thyssen Krupp.
⦁ Accreditation/approval from any internationally recognized entities will be an advantage.
⦁ Training Manager or similar experience in a leadership training role.
⦁ Experience with Ground Handling Service organizations.
⦁ Code EC1 Driver’s License.
