  • Cost Manager

Requirements:
• A 8.Sc. or 8.Eng. Degree in Financial or Cost:
• 5-10 years’ experience as a Cost Management in road construction, earthworks, surfacing and concrete experience on bridges;
• Fluent English and Chinese expression skills:
• Skilled in extracting information from vendor and internal data for estimating purposes:
• Experience in application of costing data across various construction packages:
• Experience in estimating across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English and Chinese expression skills.
