The ideal candidate should have a background in dealing with game and livestock poaching, possess strong observational skills, and be adept at handling security operations in a farming environment.

About the Role
As a Security Guard at Greenlab Farming, your primary responsibility will be to safeguard our farm from unauthorized access, game and livestock poaching, and other security threats. This role requires experience in patrolling, familiarity with handling rifles, and effective communication through radio systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct daily patrols to ensure the security of the farm premises.
• Deal with game and livestock poaching incidents swiftly and efficiently.
• Manage and operate security equipment, including rifles and radio communication devices.
• Maintain a vigilant presence to deter potential security threats.
• Assist in the general counting and management of livestock.
• Report any security incidents or breaches to the appropriate authorities.

Key Requirements
• Proven experience as a Security Guard, preferably in an agricultural setting.
• Knowledge and experience in dealing with game and livestock poaching.
• Proficiency in handling rifles and operating radio communication devices.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform patrol duties.
