Job Description
Provide support to Spatial Information Technologist in setting up the CAD/GIS center and creating centralized Spatial/ Geodatabase. To assist in data handling and data management within the centralized CAD/GIS center.

Key Performance Areas

Provide support with GIS Project Plans Implementation.

Assist in the Implementation of an ArcGIS Geodatabase in creating centralized geometric database.

Assist with the creation of a smooth transition from CAD files to Shape files by populating the Geodatabase.

Assist with Geo-data automation and maintenance from stand-alone solutions to the enterprise version.

Skills, Experience & Education
National Diploma in GIS with two (2) years relevant CAD/ GIS experience. Code B/BE driver’s license. Pre-appointment as an added advantage: Computer programming and database administration.
