Salary Scale : N$328.139 -N$392,158

Transport Allowance : N$7,680 per annum

Housing Allowance : N$13.080 per annum

Minimum Requirements : A National Diploma majoring in Human Resources Management on NQF Level 6 plus approximate eight (8) years appropriate experience of which one (I) year must be on the level of Senior Human Resource Practitioner Grade 7. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Additional requirements: Preference will be given to applicants in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Human Resource Management.
