Catering Operations Manager: Windhoek
Main duties include among others: –
• Establishes financial targets and forecasts.
• Workforce planning and optimal utilisation.
• Ensures provision of quality products and services.
• Ensures health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management or equivalent
• At least 7 years’ experience of which 3 should be at supervisory or management level
• Ability to work in multi-tasking environment and should be flexible to travel
