Jetty Supervisor-Luderitz

The Jetty Supervisor is responsible of all Vessels loading/unloading and all associated documentation (Loading List, Cargo Manifest, etc.). The Jetty Supervisor is also responsible for bunkering operations at quayside and area responsible during Vessels’ tank cleaning.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Ensures that good safety standards are maintained for all operations at Jetty
• Prepare and compile the Loading Lists and make it validated with OSV Master
• Strictly apply vessel stowage plan as per Master instructions
• CCUs and Cargo pre-shipping inspection
• Supervision of Material / CCUs loading from and to Offshore Supply Vessel
• Prepare Cargo Manifests with supporting documents, for both inbound and outbound cargo
• Be responsible for IMDG / MARPOL / SOLAS documentation
• Inform all parties about the Vessel schedule (departure date/time) as well as information of goods transported to offshore
• Be in charge for marine spread reporting, KPI for cargo transportation
• Responsible for bunkering operations and tank cleaning operations

Qualifications and Competencies

• Shall have at least 5 years of experience in O&G operations
• HSE literate and training to O&G industry standards
• High level of reporting and analytics
• English language
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong educational background
• Strong knowledge in Marine Operations
• Be at ease in international and complex environments
• Experience with WELS
