Position Sheet plant supervisor
Paterson grade C- Upper
Duty station Windhoek

The incumbent will report to the Sales Manager
Key Performance Areas:
• Management of the sheet plant
• Sales and marketing
• Oversee production process
• Planning & Reporting
Managing cost
• Risk Management
• People management

Minimum Qualification, Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree / Advance Diploma in Sales,
Marketing, Production or relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum NQA level 6
• 3-5 years’ experience in sales environment and
production at senior level.
• Technical qualifications will be added as an advantage.
• Computer Literate
• Valid code B Drivers licence
