 Salary Scale N$ 269,189 – N$321,707

 Housing Allowance  N$13,080 per annum

Transport Allowance N$7,680 per annum

Minimum Requirement: A National Diploma in either Security Management, Police Science, Correctional Service or Military Science on NQF Level 6.

Additional Requirements: A Valid Driver’s License (Code B) and computer literacy

General requirements: An appointment in this Job Category, irrespective of the functional level, is subject to vetting. Completed police, military, correctional service or security management basic training, irrespective of the functional level. Confirmation of probation is subject to the successful completion of the following training by Namibia Central Intelligence Service (NCIS): Advanced Security Awareness training for the 2nd entry post to the 2nd promotion post.

Important Clauses in the submission of applications:

• Security vetting will be conducted on the first three highest scorers of each post after the oral interview.
• Candidacy is limited to Namibian citizens who meet the requirements.
• Candidates in possession of foreign qualifications must submit an evaluation report from Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA).

Offices/Ministries and attach proof of successful completion / confirmation of probation.

Questionnaire and not attaching the necessary documents will disqualify an applicant.
