Debmarine Nambia is seeking experienced and suitably qualified service providers to provide leadership coaching services to its management cadre.
Scope of work
Participate in coach onboarding requirements
Adhere to define process and quality standards
Set up of coaching relationship with coaches and build rapport
Agree and execute coaching sessions within agreed parameters
Empowerment of coachee
Feedback on progress
Effective closings of coaching relationship upon completion
Documentation to be submitted

Comprehensive Cv’s of professional coach/es
Relevant professional certifications
Certification by international coaching federation (ICF)advantageous
Clear outline of areas and types of expertise in coaching
At least three (3) references on coaching experience
