Our client requires a
Call Centre Agent
Duty Station: Windhoek
Key Responsilltles of the Role:
- Handling Incoming calls, as well as sales and client relationship management
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate;
- Should have prior experience in call centre;
- Sales agent experience would be highly desirable;
- Multilingual In the Namibian indigenous languages in addition to English and Afrikaans would be an added advantage.
