INTERNATIONAL TRADE RELATIONS CO-ORDINATOR

Purpose of Position

Wo are seeking foi an International Trade Relations Coordinator for Transworld Group in Windhoek The candidate will be responsible for all projects for the Irarisworld Group par ticularfy in trede relations with Europe and China Do you want to become part of a dynamic team, which strives for excellent International relations and trade partnerships, then this position may just be the one for you

Key Performance Areas

• International Relations: Communicating with clients in Europe, specifically Germa­ny. United Kingdom, Austria, and Spain, as well as China.
• Trade: Sourcing of now trade markets across Europe and China (including bio­mass, table grapes, and consumables);
• Business Development: Establishment of biomass, agricultural, and consumer off-takers for Namibian products, with focus on export markets,
• Organisation & Administration: drafting and review of supply contracts, familiarity with Namibian & international trade and commerce policies, preparing & organis­ing meetings;

Required Experience and Education

• At least 5 years’ experience in Interna­tional Trade Economics or other business development-related field,
• Bachelor of Economics, International Trade, International Relations or similar; OR
• M A Economics or similar advantageous.

Behavioural Skills

• Sound knowledge and experience in International trade A relations especially with China and Europe,
• Knowledge and experience in biomass agriculture, and consumable* markets;
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing English, German, and other languages advantageous,
• Ability to communicate with a broad variety of stakeholders both locally and internationally,
• Decision-making ability. Commercial awareness and striving for excellence with excellent Teamwork;
