Position: Agronomy Market Development Officer (Permanent)
The Namibian Agronomic Board (NAB) is a statutory body that is governed by the Agronomic Industry Act, Act no: 20 of 1992. It is mandated to promote the Agronomic Industry and to facilitate the production, processing, storage and marketing of controlled products in Namibia. The NAB is looking for a suitable and competent candidate for the following position:
Reporting to: Manager for Agronomy Market Development
Duty Station: Windhoek Head Office
Responsibilities:
- Office Administration
- Implement the Agronomic Marketing Scheme/Mechanism
- Conduct agronomic trade data analysis based on the data drawn from the Agricultural Market Information Database (AMID) system.
- Conduct marketing intelligence for agronomic crops/products
- Perform any other duties within the division
