CHIEF PROPERTY AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT D1

1. Purpose:

Is responsible for liaisons, administration and coordination of community developmental activities and services as the alienation/rent of fixed properties

1. Key performance Areas:

• Assist SE: with personnel management.
• Manage administration of community services in town.
• Manage and administer the alienation/rent/usage of al fixed municipal properties
• Manage recreational facilities.
• Administrator the provision of housing and housing schemes.
• General liaison with community on municipal matters

1. Minimum Education Qualification Requirements:

B-Degree/Diploma at NQF Level 7 in Land/Property Management & Community Development with 5 years’ experience of which 3 (three) years should be at supervisory level A relevant post graduate qualification NQF level 8 wil be an added advantage

1. Required skills:

• Computer literate
• Spatial Planning and/or Geographical Information Systems
• Sound communication skills
• Valid code BE driver’s license
