COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT D1
- Purpose:
Is responsible for liaisons, administration and coordination of community developmental activities and services as the alienation/rent of fixed properties
- Key performance Areas:
- Assist SE: with personnel management.
- Manage administration of community services in town.
- Manage and administer the alienation/rent/usage of al fixed municipal properties
- Manage recreational facilities.
- Administrator the provision of housing and housing schemes.
- General liaison with community on municipal matters
- Minimum Education Qualification Requirements:
B-Degree/Diploma at NQF Level 7 in Land/Property Management & Community Development with 5 years’ experience of which 3 (three) years should be at supervisory level A relevant post graduate qualification NQF level 8 wil be an added advantage
- Required skills:
- Computer literate
- Spatial Planning and/or Geographical Information Systems
- Sound communication skills
- Valid code BE driver’s license
