VACANCY: House Parent / Pa­rents. In light of difficult econo­mic conditions, which have left many people unable to look af­ter their children, God has laid it upon our hearts to open a Safe Place for these children in Tsumeb. Under the guidance of Just Namibia, we are a private­ly owned and funded non-pro­fit organization, with 6 board Members, as well as a large ma­nagement team, who will assist in the children’s’ daily doings, therapy and development. We are looking for a firm, but lo­ving passionate house parent (or parents’ couple) who are looking to make a difference in our children’s lives. Bearing in mind most children will have experienced some form of trau­ma; they will require much love and hard work. If you (and your husband) are retired, have ex­perience in caring for children, do not have any dependents, or pets, have a big heart for child­ren and are willing to work for board and lodging only.
