I Lodiie Management Couple for Mowani Mountain Camp

I REQUIREMENTS;

I • Minimum 6 y*ars experience in a lodge environment

I with at least 4 of those years having been in a

I management position.

I • Qualification in Hotel Management

I • Valid First Aid Certificate

• Must be computer literate in MS Word & MS Excel and experience in Innkeeper would be an added benefit.
• Strong administrative skills
• Motivation for excellence with a fine eye for detail
• Must have experience in staff management and labour relations.
• Excellent organizational skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Guest liaison and hosting
• Stock, cash and budget control
• Staff management and supervision
• Control of equipment, infrastructure and maintenance
