AERTMC Operations Manager x1 – The Road Traffic Management Services (PTY) LTD

The Road Traffic Management Services (PTY) LTD seeks to
recruit qualified Namibians for the Arandis Emergency
Response and Traffic Management Centre (AERTMC) in Arandis.

Job Purpose: Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the AERTMC and its operations. To implement, manage and review the operational strategy to achieve service delivery and performance requirements. To establish and maintain the Road Incident Management System and relevant Stakeholder Engagement.

Education / Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualification in Traffic Management or related industry
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) I Freeway Management Services (FMS) operations management or related operations
• Proficiency in English (Conversant, reading and writing)

Notes:

• The candidate will need to be of strong mental health as he/she will work with sensitive video footage of road incidents and accidents.
• The candidate should not have any criminal record.
