Junior Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager – Fortitude Property Group

The Fortitude Property Group is looking to employ a dynamic junior Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager under the following conditions:

Role description: This role will include carrying out day to day project management related activities including but not limited to Project Administration. Programme Management. Financial Management (Cost reporting, cashflows etc), running project meetings and general co-ordination and lastly project reporting (To internal management & external shareholders).

Key responsibilities will include the following;

• Project planning, implementation & co-ordination
• Problem solving and ability to complete projects within time & budget constraints whether in Windhoek or further afield.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years in construction related fields.

Qualifications: Any Construction/Property Development related qualifications.

Transport: Must have own transport, a valid driver’s licence and be willing to travel
