· Manage the audit department in terms of statutory requirements,                                      commitments and staff movements;

· Monitor and train audit staff, simultaneously acting as a mentor;

· Assist partners with planning, conducting and finalizing of audit assignments;

· Act as competency assessor for audit trainees and overseeing their development.
