Taleni Etosha Village is looking for a Young Management Couple or Young Male Individual to join their Team

YOUNG MANAGEMENT COUPLE

Applicants must fall within the following criteria

• Ages between 25 and 40
• No dependants
• Own Transport and valid driver’s licence
• Solid track record
• Namibian Citizens
• Both must have 3 years’ experience in the below criteria

He must have

• Strong Management background and Computer Skills
• Strong security/safety skills (Firearms proficiency will be an advantage)
• Excellent all-round maintenance and Construction knowledge
• Responsible for managing and supervising maintenance team and their activities.
• Ensure cost-efficient maintenance of rooms, buildings, roads, borders, etc.
• Must be familiar with farm management and upkeep of borehole pumps, generators etc.
• Excellent game and fence management
• Water, Waste, Solar and Electrical management
• Bush craft Knowledge will be an advantage – Must be able to assist and take over Adventure Camp Facility
• Plan and upkeep of in-house gardens
• Plan and execute new activities on farm
• Be able to work irregular hours
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to work as an Individual as well as in a Team
• Must be able to take over Maintenance and Emergency duties when GM is on leave or absent

She must have

• Strong Management background and Computer Skills
• Innkeeper and Restaurateur experience will be an advantage
• Be able to work with junior managers and F&B Manager
• Be able to do food orders and stock control
• Be able to do month end summaries and stock taking
• Be able to upgrade food menu’s and provide training to kitchen staff
• Be able to control and check all food prior to serving
• Be able to work irregular hours
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to work as an Individual as well as in a Team
• Be able to take over F&B Manager duties when on leave
