KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Overall management of the Service Centre Team and operations.
Ensure compliance to Franchise standards and Pupkewitz Group policies Management of Warranty Claims process
Promote the benefits of Extended Service & Warranty Plans Administer & Coordinate all Campaigns issued by Nissan Fulfil all prescribed duties of the Environmental & SHE Officer
Effective management of Customer Post Service Experience calls and related administration and reporting
Coordinate daily Service Bookings, Job Card Costing and Invoicing functions
Assist with Customer liaison and support to Service Team Manage utilization of Service Working Capital
Assist the Dealer Principal in coordinating Service Team operations

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12
Valid Driver’s License
Namibian Citizenship
Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position
Fluent in English- 2nd language an advantage
Computer Literate in MS Office
Understanding of technical, commercial and administrative aspects of the motor and service industries
Diagnostic skills – an added advantage
Work independently and efficiently with attention to detail
Passionate about customer service
Work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
