Key Responsibilities
- Training Westernhorses to international standards
- Coaching and instruction of riders
- Equipment repair and maintenance
- Consulting and support for Westernhorse breeders
- Development of new Westernhorse markets and improvement of existing ones
- Supporting farmers using Westernhorses for cattle work
- Improving safety and standards in tourist riding operations
- Consulting with AWESHA (African Western and Stockhorse Association) to help develop international show standards
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Westernhorse training and rider instruction. Westerntrainerlicence A, B or equivalent international qualification
- Ability to work independently and contribute to industry development
- International experience in the Westernequestrian sector is an advantage
