40% of basic salary OR

20% of basic salary

Pension, medical aid and a 13th cheque.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12, Bachelor Degree: Psychology (NQF Level 7), Majoring in Industrial Psychology or any appropriate field. Three (3) years relevant experience.

 

Skills and knowledge requirements:

Ability to work cooperatively and respectfully with people at all levels. Must be able to fluently speak and write in English as well as the local vernaculars. Preference will be given to incumbents with Municipal or Local Authority experience. Must have Valid Driver’s License Code B.

 

Key performance areas:

Leads a comprehensive wellness programme. Coordinates, plans and facilitates health and fitness activities and programmes for employees. Provides educational presentations and training programmes.
