The applicant should have the following skills & qualities:

• Computer literate (MS Office and Automate)
• Automate systems knowledge would be an advantage
• Creditors’ experience would be an advantage
• Provide exceptional back-office support to Service Advisors & Technicians
• Costing and closing of job cards
• Create sublet order for workshop / job cards
• Adherence to the company policies and procedures
• Must have customer interface skill (Internal + External) Customer focus
• Composure/approachability/patience
• Dynamic & Highly Motivated
• Perseverance & follow up
• Team Player, Problem Solving
• Time management/priority setting/organizing
• Written communication
• Stress tolerance
• Must have a B driver’s license
• Namibian Citizen
