WAREHOUSE FLOOR TEAM LEADER – SGX DISTRIBUTORS

The Role

The Floor Team Leader provides support to the Warehouse Team Leader by ensuring supervision and coordination of the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, dispatching, and receiving. Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• An appropriate warehousing qualification.

• Supervisory skills with the ability to motivate & develop others.

• Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.

• Prior experience in similar role, with conscientious attitude.

• Good IT skills, spreadsheets and knowledge of WMS.

• Attention to detail, with analytical and numerical skills.

• Well developed time management skills.

• Good understanding with customer deliverables and the impact of failure / the cost of poor quality service.
