Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service to all guests
Greet and seat guests where required
Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
Ensure guests’ dining experience meets luxury tourism standards
Accurately take food and beverage orders
Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen
Serve food and beverages according to service standards
Prepare tables according to lodge service standards
Ensure dining areas are clean, organised, and presentable
Reset tables promptly between service periods
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Understand beverage offerings and recommend suitable pairings
Communicate daily specials and dietary information to guests
