Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service to all guests
- Greet and seat guests where required
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
- Ensure guests’ dining experience meets luxury tourism standards
- Accurately take food and beverage orders
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards
