Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to trainees.
• Contribute to the academic mission in areas of training and assessment delivery.
• Provide trainee support and personal development.
• Manage industry relations and academic administration.
• Develop and produce training materials (manuals or unit standards).
• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of vocational programs according to NTA standards.

Requirements

• National Vocational Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (NQF Level 5).
• First Aid and Fire Fighting Training Certificate.
• Assessor Training Certificate (will be added as an advantage).
• Three (3) years work experience as a VET Trainer.
• Knowledge of TVET Training and Assessment Delivery and Materials/Tools Development.
• Flexibility with ability to provide support to trainees.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and work together to achieve desired outcomes.
