KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Manage and coordinate the functions of marketing, sales operations administration and risk productively and effectively
Driving the achievement of sales targets for the Volkswagen and Auto brands through sales consultants Ensuring that overall objectives of the branch is achieved Managing sales employees and maintain discipline Ensuring availability of right vehicle stock Achieve targets in this highly competitive field
Entrench the Pupkewitz mission of Customer Satisfaction Through Service Excellence
KEY REQUIREMENTS
⦁ Grade 12
⦁ Fluent in English
⦁ Valid Drivers License
⦁ Namibian Citizenship or Residence
⦁ Proven excellent sales track record, preferably in the motor or Related trade
⦁ Good management/ supervisory skills
⦁ Sound communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Energetic and self-driven
⦁ Ability to work under pressure
⦁ Knowledge of V10 will be an added advantage
