Qualification
- Minumum QualificationGrade 12, A National Diploma in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Sports Management, or a related field (NQF Level 6).
Experience
- Minumum ExperienceFive (5) years of relevant experience in coaching or a related field. Experience as a football player / assistant coach at a professional level will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Leadership and Negotiation Skills.
- Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Organisational, Analytical, and Time Management Skills.
- Knowledge of the Football Game and training/development principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of FIFA/CAF/NFA process, procedures, policies, laws, rules; and relevant legislation.
- Knowledge of Stakeholder Relations Management, Microsoft Office Suite, and Health and Safety principles.
- Passion for Football; disciplined and ability to foster good sportsmanship (team spirit) in players.
- Moral Integrity and Work Ethic.

• An updated detailed curriculum vitae, including at least two professional references.
• Certified copies of the highest academic qualifications attained. Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by the Namibian Qualification Authority (NQA) and proof of evaluation of qualification should be attached.
• Certified copies of the CAF coaching license.
• Certified copies of Identity Documents and all other supporting documents.
