Job Title: Transactional Product House Head
Business Unit: FNB Namibia Commercial Segment

Purpose:
Provide direction and leadership in the identification and implementation of new discretionary product house offerings. Formulating tactical strategies and associated delivery plans for the Commercial Segment to ensure sustainable growth of the business. Support the attainment of new business and the retention of existing business as part of the sales retention and acquisition strategy.
The core metric of this role will be to deliver sustainable profitable growth. The long term vision is to have a highly innovative, analytical, and scalable product house that maximizes the ROE and NIAAC where applicable, through better origination, client value management and ongoing risk management functions.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum Qualification: BCom or relevant degree. Post-graduate qualification will be an advantage.
• Minimum years of relevant experience: 8 to 10 years’ financial services experience with at least 3 years’ management experience
• Prior product development, financial services, banking product knowledge and sales management experience is required.
• Excellent leadership and operational management experience with a track record of success.
• Excellent technical and systems skills.
