Organization Name: I-Care Health Training Institute. Job Title: Trainers and Assessors. Role Purpose: To serve as Trainers and Assessors for the delivery of nationally recognised qualifications in the Health Care, Social Services, and Logistics sectors at Windhoek, Ondangwa, Swakopmund, and Karasburg Campuses.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a qualification higher than the level of training delivery.
Relevant industry experience (minimum two years).
Instructional competence.
Registration with applicable education and training authorities / Professional registration where applicable.
Evidence of training and assessment competence.
Cosmetology (Beauty Therapy and Nail Technology) [ID Q1077 – Q1081]: Minimum of a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Related Health Sciences (Level 5 or higher).
Cosmetology (Hairdressing) [ID Q1133 – Q1134]: Minimum of a Diploma in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or Salon Management (Level 5 or above).
Counselling Services [ID Q0201 – Q0202]: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or Related Field (Level 7 or higher).
Preventive Health (Occupational Health and Safety) [ID Q0172 – Q0173]: Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or Public Health (Level 6 or higher).
Freight Handling and Logistics Operations [ID Q2084 – Q2087]: Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Operations, or Customs Management (Level 6 or higher).
