X4 Post : : Twyfelfontein /Ui – //Ais World Heritage Site (Kunene Region)
X2 Post: Petrified Forest National Heritage Site (Kunene Region)
Salary Scale: N$74,733-97,180
Housing Allowance: N$11,616 p.a
Transport Allowance: N$8,760 p.a

Overall Responsibilities

Responsible for the provision of guided tours to various visitors to the National and World Heritage sites and ensuring greater customer satisfaction in this regard.
⦁ Conduct guided tours to various categories of visitors
⦁ Assist with the conservation and management of sites
⦁ Carry out administrative duties

Education, Experience & Competencies required:

⦁ Grade 12 or Grade 11 Certificate New Curriculum
⦁ NATH/NTA Level 3 guiding qualification
⦁ 2 years of job-related experience
⦁ Good English communication skills
⦁ Ability to work with minimal supervision Or
⦁ Grade 10 Certificate
⦁ NATH/NTA Level 3 guiding qualification
⦁ 3 years of job-related experience
⦁ Good English communication skills
⦁ Ability to work with minimal supervision Or
⦁ NATH/NTA Level 3 guiding qualification with 7 years of job-related experience
⦁ Good English communication skills
⦁ Ability to work with minimal supervision
