Opportunity | Duty Description

• Scrutinize applications for teaching staff for approval
• Conduct meetings and create schedule and calendar for academic year
• Ensure that school is operating alongside regulations of the government
• Prepare and issue notices regarding important information and announcements of the school
• Exercise knowledge and understanding of governing an environment set with children of all cultures, ages and sizes
• Manage teaching and school staff

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

• A Bachelors and / Master’s Degree in Education
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in running a school and / educational institution
• English as a first language along with Afrikaans and German will be seen as an advantage
• Not younger than 40 years of age
• Familiar with Cambridge / International School Curriculum
• No criminal record
• Valid Code B Driver’s license
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Sober habits (DOES NOT DRINK OR SMOKE)
• Is a Namibian citizen / possesses a valid passport with Namibian Work Visa
