DEPARTMENT: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION POSITION: MANAGER: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
THE POSITION REPORT TO: THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
SUMMARY:
To establish, develop, manage and assume responsibility and accountability for the Company’s Financial and Administrative functions and strategies.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cashflow management
• Management reporting
• Control policies and procedures
• Management of the entire Finance and Administration function
• Annual Financial Statements
• External and internal reporting
• Statutory Compliance
• ICT Management & Operational Support
• Human Resource Administration
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• A relevant Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) in the fields of Commerce, Finance and Accounting or Equivalent.
• Completion of a Management and/or Leadership Program, i.e., SDMP or EDP.
• A master’s degree in a relevant area will be an advantage.
• A minimum of 8 years relevant experience to areas of responsibilities, of which 5 years must have been at managerial level in the field of Finance.
• A valid Drivers’ License.
• Highly computer literate.
