1. Tender Buyer Windhoek

Requirements:

• 1.Assist in contract buying and tender administration/EPerform tender administration and split tender document BOQ into various trades complete with specifications; • 2.Prepare a list with all trades and compile a supplier & subcontractor list; • 3.Send out by e mail complete tender enquiry to various suppliers & subcontractors according to different trades with all tender information and a required back date; if necessary, personally go to the supplier to collect quotations. • 4.Hand over completed file to estimator and upon tender finalization if anything else is required we action and process immediately; • 5.Attend site inspections or briefings virtually or on site;
