The University of Namibia is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the vacant position of Tender and Contract Administrator, Office of the Bursar, Procurement Section, Windhoek Main Campus.

Specification

Provide strategic support to the Procurement Section by ensuring the Procurement and Tendering function of the University of Namibia is in line with the Public Procurement Act, 2015 which includes tender administration, contract administration, contract management, generating and presentation of management reports, ensuring implementation of policies, stakeholder engagements and perform any other duties as may be required.

Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain Management / Accounting / Business Administration with at least five (5) years related experience within the Procurement, Tendering and Contract Management environment of which two (2) years should be at a senior level. Extensive knowledge and exposure to the Public Procurement Act, Act 1 of 2015 . Experience in a higher education institution will be an advanatage.
