The Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) is a regulator established by virtue of BIPA Act No. 8 of 2016 to facilitate and promote the efficient and effective registrations of business and intellectual property in Namibia. | Duty Station | WINDHOEK (8) WALVISBAY (1) |
| Primary Purpose | To provide administrative support in the Business Registrations function of the organisation. |
| Minimum Qualifications and Experience | National Diploma in Business Administration or Management / Commerce / economics / Law or related qualifications (NQF level 6)
Three (3) years working experience in a Business Administration environment. Experience in business registration’s function will be an added advantage. |
| Key Responsibilities | Receiving, referencing, and capturing of business registrations applications.
Capturing of information related to all business registration services (business registrations, maintenance, deregistrations, amendments, and annual returns). |
| Assisting with
• client enquiries, • record management and • dispatch services Performing updates of legacy information, on the Integrated Company Registration System and Performing any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor |
