TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP (TWG) / SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT MEMBERS FOR REVIEW OF UNIT STANDARDS AND QUALIFICATIONS – Namibla Training Authority 216 views

The Namibia Training Authority (NTA) develops and reviews national Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) qualifications for registration on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). It is against this background that the NTA invites qualified and candidates with experience in the following area to serve as Technical Working Group (TWG) / Subject Matter Expert members, and to review / develop the Unit Standards and Qualifications currently registered on the NQF.

Occupational Health and Safety

Eligible person should meet the following criteria in the above occupational area and provide supportive documentation:

• A minimum of 4 years’ industry experience;
• In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety legislative and regulatory frameworks;
• A qualification on the above-mentioned occupation or related field (preferably NGF Level
  5 or higher);
• Good time management skills; and
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
