Qualification
- Minimum QualificationGrade 12, A Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Human Services, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (NQF Level 7).
Experience
- Minimum ExperienceFive (5) Years of relevant experience in Sports Management, Technical Management, Community Programming, and Development, or a related field of which two (2) years should have been on Supervisory Level. Experience as a football player, coach, coach educator, a group leader will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Leadership, Strategy, and Negotiation Skills.
- Communication and Public Relations Skills.
- Business Acumen Skills.
- Project Management, Organisation, and Problem-solving Skills.
- Knowledge of Sports programming, equipment, and football at all levels.
- Knowledge of FIFA/NFA/Technical Football rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and history.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Sports Scheduling Software; and Health and Safety protocols.
- Ability to prioritise, direct, and organise large program meetings.
- Moral Integrity; Results and People oriented.
