Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a professional training service
• Oversee the production of training materials, and quality control
• Present training courses confidently
• Provide technical support for advisory and other services
• Provide technical support for consultancies
• Participate in research projects at a professional and technical level
• Analysing and interpreting data
• Assist with producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Monitoring the progress of projects
• Writing detailed reports and presenting results
• Promotion and sale of services through various means
• Represent Agra ProVision at events such as farmers meetings, conferences, workshops

Requirements

• Namibian citizenship
• A Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Natural Resources, Entrepreneurship or related
• Minimum 6 years experience in developing and presenting training courses in the agricultural sector
• Competence in at least one agricultural sector
• Valid Code B drivers license
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively
• Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
• Computer literacy (MS Office Package)
