TEAM LEADER – NAMIBIA BREWERIES Limited

PURPOSE

To manage activities, including the mechanical, electrical/instrumentation disciplines, and advises on engineering projects in the brewing department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

Mechanical and or Electrical Engineering N6/T3/S4/Diploma.
A Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing plant, of which two years should be on a supervisory level.
SAP experience will be an added advantage

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Maintenance management
Oversee maintenance Planning for Brewing Department
New projects planning and budgetary management
Manage, maintain, and implement TPM
Plans & decides on appropriate spares levels
Reviewing & implementation of SLAs for certain equipment
Implement maintenance process improvements
Manage health and safety as well as housekeeping within Brewing
Lead, coach and develop staff
Upgrade to newest technologies where applicable
