To overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Council’s Business Systems, ensuring alignment with the municipality’s automation and Digitalisation objectives, particularly those related to digital transformation, smart city capabilities, and data-driven decision-making and reporting. The System Analyst will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to automate business objectives, driving the digitalisation, efficiency and continuous improvement of business systems and processes. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, and a strong focus on innovation and service delivery excellence, as outlined in the municipality’s vision and mission statements. The System Analyst will play a crucial role in the digitalisation and automation journey of the Swakopmund Council across all systems.

Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree in Information Communication Technology (ICT) at NQF Level 7 or /Computer Science at NQF Level 7 or/ Software Engineering at NQF Level 7.
- Four (4) years appropriate experience in the field of Business System and ERP operations support and maintenance of which at least 2 years must be on a supervisory capacity
- A Valid Code B drivers’ license
- RDBMS & DBA experience with MSSQL, ORACLE, MYSQL, POSTGESQL
- SOLAR, SAP HANA, ORACLE ERP, MS DYNAMICS 365 experience and/ certification
- PHP/HTML/PYTHON/C++/C# Programming experience and software programming skills
- PHP/HTML/PYTHON/C++/C# Programming experience and software programming skills
- Big Data analysis technologies & Power BI experience
Salary
Minimum: N$348,481.00
