Primary purpose of position
To receive and respond to all company incoming and outgoing calls, queries and
telephone records management.

Main Responsibilities
• Incoming & outgoing calls.
• Faulty telephone lines and internal exchange problems.
• Creation of new extension numbers.
• Monthly reporting/print-outs to different Departments/Business Units.
Educational and experience requirements
Grade 12.
Three (3) years’ Switchboard Operator experience.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Computer Literate.
