With proven performance and further study (e.g., a Diploma in Public Administration or Logistics), you may progress to roles such as Procurement Officer at regional TVET centres or the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture. Some professionals transition into technical training support roles or become accredited procurement practitioners through the Namibian Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management (NIPSM).
